Employee Assistance Program
General Information...
EAP is designed to assist in identification and resolution of personal, family, and worksite problems faced by state employees.
This service is offered to state employees and their immediate family members free of charge so employees and their families can get help when they need to—easily and confidentially.
If assistance beyond the scope of EAP services is needed, the employee is responsible for the cost. However, in many cases, an employee's health insurance covers costs for ongoing counseling needs. EAP counselors can recommend low cost community-based resources whenever possible.
