Tuition Waiver Benefit for Employees
We're pleased to announce the launch of a new web-based application for requesting and processing tuition waivers. You should use this system for future requests as paper forms will no longer be used.
How to Login
Click on the following link to login:
https://webproc.mnscu.edu/tw/waiver/summary.do?campusid=000
You will be asked for the following:
- Login ID or Username: This is your eight (8) digit Tech ID number that is assigned by the Office of the Chancellor Human Resources.
- PIN/Password: This is your personal PIN/Password that you have created.
Never Logged In?
If you have never logged into system such as STARS, eTimesheet, etc. your PIN/Password has been preset to one of the following:
- Your birth date in the format YYMMDD
- The last six (6) digits of your social security number

Things to Remember
- Always click on "Logout" (in the upper right corner of the web page) to ensure that no one else can access your records!
- Check back in the Tuition Waiver System to see when the waiver is processed by Human Resources. You will NOT receive a hard copy confirmation.
- Make sure you or your dependent checks their billing information to make sure the tuition waiver gets processed in a timely manner.
